Kinburn Guest House has a four star award from Visit Scotland.   Located in a conservation area in the West End of St Andrews, just few minutes walk from shops and restaurants and five minutes from the Old Course, sports facilities, the University, and West Sands beach.

Elaine & Derek offer luxury bed and breakfast accommodation and service. The bedrooms offer a high level of personal comfort with 100% cotton bedding and  benefit  from having en-suite shower rooms with a range of toiletries from  Scottish Fine Soaps, digital LCD TV with Freeview and  Tea/coffee making facilities.

Delicious, freshly cooked breakfast using local Scottish produce is served in the dining room.  The pork produce is bought from a local butcher who is supplied  from Hatton Farm in Carnoustie.  In addition guests may help themselves to a buffet selection of seasonal fruit, cereal and yogurt.

Happy to provide information on local golf courses and winter golf packages including guaranteed tee times for the Old Course.  There is golf bag storage available if required and this is also provided by the Links Trust for a small charge.

The property has very good BT Wi-Fi  throughout and for those guests travelling by car free, unrestricted car parking is available on the quiet road opposite.

The room was big, clean with an excellent shower and good quality freeview TV. There was a nice hospitality tray with cookies, tea coffee etc too.
