Kinburn Guest House is located in the West End of St Andrews, just two minutes walk from the town centre and five minutes from the major golf courses, sports facilities, the University, and West Sands beach.

Elaine & Derek Russell offer guests luxury four star bed and breakfast accommodation. The rooms were recently refurbished and offer a high level of personal comfort. All bedrooms benefit from having en-suite shower rooms and LCD TVs.

Freshly cooked breakfasts are offered in addition to a selection of fruit, cereal, cheese and yogurt.  Early breakfasts can be arranged.

Drying and storage facilities are provided for their golfing guests.  Information on local courses and winter packages also available. 

Wifi is available throughout for guests to use at their convenience.
